Thank you!

To all of my clients: Thank you for being flexible over the past few days while I traveled to NYC for my brother's wedding. We had a wonderful time and I couldn't ask for a better sister-in-law!

Highlights from the wedding

1. Assisting the photographer with the couple's wedding day photos. We traveled all over the city, including a stop at Zuccotti park, which is ground zero for the Wall Street protests. Hundreds were protesting and the park was encircled by police officers. Within a few moments, we were in the middle of it all - a beautiful bride in her wedding dress and my brother in his tux. Everyone stopped what they were doing to congratulate the couple and get pictures, including the police! There was a large group of people protesting immigration policies and they all paused to sing the Bridal Chorus. It was quite the experience.

2. Amy and Josh offered very beautiful vows to one another. I think we were all incredibly inspired by hearing this young couple eloquently express their love. I tried to get a copy of the vows for you but the poor couple is currently stuck on a beach in Jamaica with limited access to the rest of the world.

3. I was dropped during the Hora (chair dance). That was a treat :)

4. The location was Battery Park Gardens, which is right on the water with the Statue of Liberty in the background. We couldn't ask for a better setting for this NY couple.

5. Last but definitely not least - Coming together with so many friends and family to celebrate the union of my brother and his new wife. These types of experiences are a reminder that happiness and love can trump any obstacle in the world.

Thanks again for your flexibility. Woof! wishes you and your loved ones a very happy Thanksgiving!
