Pups!

Say hi to Rene! He is an incredibly gentle and sweet 14 year old dog. Fun little tidbit of information, I grew up on Rene Road.

Eleanor had a guest this past weekend, Bogey the cockapoo. They're siblings, related by human parents :-)

Keeping to the Boston theme, here are a few of Lennie with Piper @ Fetch Park. 

I always thought Fetch park was named as a reference to dogs. Not true. It is named after Frank Fetch, a man who is credited with the resurgence of German Village. German Village was in decline during the first half of the 20th century. By the 1950's, the neighborhood was a slum and the city demolished 1/3 of the area. Mr. Fetch purchased property, created the German Village Society and worked tirelessly to rebuild the neighborhood. More info can be found here. I couldn't imagine Columbus without GV!
